Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login information confidential. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without prior notice.
If a user suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must contact the rejekiapk support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their credentials secure.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users of the rejekiapk platform are bound to comply with all of the following usage terms throughout the duration of their active membership:
- Use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes that do not violate applicable law in Indonesia.
- Do not manipulate the system, exploit bugs, or engage in any other fraudulent conduct that harms the platform or other users.
- Do not use unauthorized automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Do not distribute offensive content, content that infringes on the rights of others, or content that violates the law through any communication features available on the platform.
- Ensure that funds used for deposits originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity.
- Take full responsibility for all activities carried out through the registered account, including transactions and bets placed.
Violations of the above obligations may result in temporary account suspension, balance freezing, or permanent account closure without any obligation on the platform's part to issue a refund.
4. Transactions and Payments in IDR
All transactions on the rejekiapk platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details used match the information registered to their account.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
- Deposits — users may make deposits via available local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, BNI, Mandiri) and digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA). Each deposit must meet the minimum amount applicable at the time the transaction is made.
- Transaction verification — the platform reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits or withdrawals deemed unusual. This verification process is intended to protect the security of the user's account.
- Withdrawals — withdrawal requests can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Processing time — estimated processing times vary depending on the chosen method and account verification status. The platform does not guarantee a fixed processing time under all circumstances.
- Bonuses and promotions — use of bonuses is subject to the rollover requirements applicable to each individual promotion. Users must read the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.
5. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
rejekiapk reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if a violation of the usage terms, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent authority is identified. Users will be notified via their registered email where possible, except in emergency cases that require immediate action.
A temporary account suspension may be applied during an ongoing investigation. During this period, the user will not be able to access their balance, place bets, or carry out any transactions. If the investigation finds that the account has not violated any terms, the account will be reinstated within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Prior to closure, users must ensure that no remaining balance is left in the account or complete any pending withdrawal process first. Closed accounts cannot be recovered except through a strict re-verification process.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content available on the rejekiapk platform, including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of rejekiapk or the parties that have licensed it to this platform. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without explicit written permission.
This platform may include references or links to third-party services for informational purposes. rejekiapk is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those third-party services. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
rejekiapk reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of the platform without prior notice. Any changes to the terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of the update. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to ensure they are aware of the latest applicable terms.
7. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law
The rejekiapk platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding service availability, accuracy of information, or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, rejekiapk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.
